Information handled

When you start a capture, the extension reads and temporarily changes the selected page's document layout. It handles the page URL, title and screenshot images, which may include information displayed on that page. It also remembers paper size, margins, quality and preparation preferences.

Capture records are kept in extension-local browser storage so a review page can reload and failed captures can be retried. Records include the URL, title, screenshots and layout or recovery information. For Firefox, recovery information includes the source window's placement. Preferences are stored locally in the same browser profile.

Use and sharing

The extension uses this information to prepare, review, save and print the selected page, retain settings and recover from interrupted captures. It has no analytics, advertising trackers, account service or developer upload endpoint. We do not receive your capture records or PDFs, sell captured information or use it for advertising.

Our use of information follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Preparing the original page can cause that website to load its own images or fonts and run its normal scripts. Those requests remain subject to that website's practices. When you save or print a PDF, your browser, operating system, printer and any destination you choose handle the file. Sharing or uploading a saved PDF is your choice.

Browser permissions and temporary changes

• Selected-page access: the toolbar action grants access to the page you choose. The extension does not request continuous access to all websites or use a browsing-history API.
• Page preparation: scripting applies temporary layout, section-expansion and readability changes and measures the prepared document.
• Screenshot capture: Chromium browsers use the debugger permission to set the paper-width layout and capture high-resolution page rectangles. Chrome displays a debugging notification during capture.
• Local storage: preferences and capture records are retained for review and retry. Firefox also uses a recovery alarm and temporarily resizes the source window for capture.

Retention and deletion

Choose Discard on a review page to remove its extension-local capture record. The extension removes capture records older than seven days when its background starts. Deletion is not scheduled for an exact seven-day instant.

Preferences remain available for later captures until you change them or clear the extension's browser data. You can clear extension data through your browser or uninstall the extension. These actions do not remove PDFs saved separately.

Support and privacy questions

Verify below to show the email address for support or privacy questions. Information you voluntarily send is handled as support correspondence. The extension never automatically attaches captures to support messages.

This website loads Cloudflare Turnstile when you request the address to help prevent automated collection. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its verification service. This check is separate from the extension.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the extension's data handling changes. Material new permissions or data uses will be disclosed through the applicable browser or store mechanisms and the extension interface.
