Scope of this policy

Unbounded Solutions LLC respects copyright and expects the people who use its services to do the same. This policy explains how a copyright owner can ask us to remove allegedly infringing material, and how the person who provided that material can submit a counter-notice. It covers the U.S. services operated by Unbounded Solutions LLC under its designated-agent registration, including Find Food, FindFood, Unbounded Solutions, findfood.co, findfood.io, unbounded.solutions.

What a copyright notice must include

Send a written notice to our designated agent below that includes:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the exact URL.
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We may provide the person who supplied the material with the notice, including your contact information, so that we can process the claim.

What happens after we receive a notice

When a notice substantially complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512, we act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material and promptly notify the person who provided it. If a notice is incomplete, we may contact you for the missing information.

Counter-notices

If you believe material you provided was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, send a written counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Unbounded Solutions LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or an agent of that person.

After receiving an effective counter-notice, we promptly send a copy to the person who submitted the original notice and tell them that we will restore the material in 10 business days. We restore the material not fewer than 10 and not more than 14 business days after our designated agent receives the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the person who submitted the original notice has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement. Such notice received on any day before restoration, including after the 10th business day, stops restoration.

Repeat infringers

We keep a record of valid notices. In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts, access, or services of users and account holders who are repeat infringers.

Submit honestly

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice.
