Prepare and review a page

1. Open the page you want to print. Finish any sign-in steps, choose the product options you need and open content that the website has not loaded yet.
2. Choose Picture Perfect Prints from your browser toolbar. Select Letter or A4, margins, quality and the preparation options, then choose Prepare & review PDF.
3. Review every PDF page and any capture warnings. Save the PDF or choose Print PDF, using the matching paper size and actual-size printing in your printer settings.

Preparation temporarily changes the selected page. The extension restores its recorded changes when capture finishes or is cancelled. Firefox may also resize the source window during preparation.

Readability and print quality

The readability option improves small text and low contrast in the page document. Standard and high quality control screenshot resolution; higher quality makes pixels sharper rather than increasing the physical size of text.

The PDF uses screenshots. Text is rasterized, so it is not searchable or selectable. Backgrounds and photographs remain in the PDF and can use substantial printer ink.

Missing content or changing layouts

The extension can expand supported sections that are available in the page. Content behind sign-in, subscriptions or access checks must be opened through the website's normal steps. Cross-origin frame internals, closed widgets and virtual rows that the site has removed cannot be expanded automatically.

Large product galleries keep their selected image. Choose the image you need before capturing. Tall images can continue across pages, and unusually wide content can be fitted with a warning.

If a page keeps changing, wait for it to finish loading and stop automatic refresh if the site offers that option. A failed capture retains your paper and preparation settings so you can retry. For a size-limit error, try standard quality or a shorter page provided by the website.

Local captures and privacy

Capture records and preferences stay in your browser profile. Use Discard on a review page to remove its stored capture. Records older than seven days are removed when the extension's background starts; separately saved PDFs remain wherever you saved them.
